The National Business to Business Centre (NB2BC) has been established to help small and medium sized businesses across the West Midlands adopt e-business technology and practice. The Centre is a partnership between industry, Advantage West Midlands and Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) at the University of Warwick.
Arrowsmith Marketing has been appointed an associate company of the centre, providing eMarketing services and support.including website planning, website assessments and eMarketing planning.
UKITA is the premier membership organisation for SME IT and IT related companies. UKITA provides a variety of benefits for its members. It promotes the capability of SMEs to both public and private sector in the UK, it links SMEs to corporate organisations such as Oracle, IBM and O2, and it creates co-operative forums for SMEs on a local and regional basis.
Young Enterprise is a national education charity with a mission to inspire and equip young people to learn and succeed through enterprise. The organisation operates a number of programmes on a learning by doing principle. In the Company Programme Achievers aged 15-19 run their own company over the course of an academic year.
The company is formally established with a board of directors and shareholders and has to fulfil pretty much the same level of corporate governance as any other business.
