Arrowsmith Pictures

Mount Arrowsmith provided a name and the inspiration for the Arrowsmith Marketing logo. The mountain is situated on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada and is 5962 feet (1817 m) high. It dominates the skyline of the Oceanside district comprising Nanoose Bay, Parksville and Qualicum Beach providing shelter from Pacific weather systems to create the most temperate location in Canada. In other words its pretty warm in summer but doesn't get too cold in winter. The mountain's massif provides a suberb backdrop to the beaches, bays and forests of this part of Canada. Sunsets are pretty spectacular in these parts and the mountain (which retains at least some snow all year round) provides a canvas for a natural lightshow.
